Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs tasks as assigned /directed by Maintenance Supervisor, and/or Site Manager in accordance with instructions, applicable technical data, manuals, and directives.
- Evaluates aircraft discrepancies to identify proper methods for repair.
- Identifies necessary parts, materials and tooling requirements to complete task.
- Utilize manufacturers’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins, Maintenance Engineering Directives, schematics, drawings, blueprints, charts and other applicable publications to install, test, troubleshoot and ensure aircraft modifications are accomplished in a timely manner.
- Inspect for corrosion, treat and repair discrepancies.
- Perform touch up painting and apply decals and labels.
- Prepare aircraft components for paint.
- Remove and replace engines, accomplish engine rigging and test.
- Comply with and follow established standards of workmanship, safety, quality, and production.
Qualifications
- Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license required
- 5+ years C-12 (A200/B200/B300/1900) experience.
- 5+ years Pratt & Whitney turbo prop engine experience (PT6A-41, PT6A-42, PT6A-60, PT6A-65)
- 5+ years’ experience of Airframe, mechanical and electrical systems
