Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair aircraft, components, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components according to established procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Service and inspect aircraft, components, and related equipment.
- Operate and inspect powered and non-powered ground equipment.
- Perform structural repair, inspections, and identify/preventive maintenance.
- Complete aircraft maintenance forms and enter data into the Maintenance Data System, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere to the Endeavor Air Code of Conduct in all business dealings and decisions.
- Demonstrate a high level of focus on customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license.
- Professional work experience in aviation maintenance field preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel internationally with a valid passport within 3 months of hire.
- Valid driver's license and insurable under company insurance coverage.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use ladders, work stands, lifts, etc., and access all areas of the aircraft.
- No medical conditions that would prevent certification of aircraft run/taxi.

Pay
Hourly rate: USD $32.00/Hr. USD $40.20/Hr.
Schedule
Nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required.
