Aircraft Maintenance Technician - CWA

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair aircraft, components, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components according to established procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Service and inspect aircraft, components, and related equipment.
• Operate and inspect powered and non-powered ground equipment.
• Perform structural repair, inspections, and identify/preventive maintenance.
• Complete aircraft maintenance forms and enter data into the Maintenance Data System, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Adhere to the Endeavor Air Code of Conduct in all business dealings and decisions.
• Demonstrate a high level of focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license.
• Professional work experience in aviation maintenance field preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel internationally with a valid passport within 3 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and insurable under company insurance coverage.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use ladders, work stands, lifts, etc., and access all areas of the aircraft.
• No medical conditions that would prevent certification of aircraft run/taxi.

Pay

Hourly rate: USD $32.00/Hr. USD $40.20/Hr.

Schedule

Nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required.
