Responsibilities
- Ensure professional appearance and conduct in interactions with customers, guests, and colleagues.
- Perform tasks according to the work scope, adhering to quality standards and technical data.
- Utilize the applicable technical data for maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, and modifications.
- Be thoroughly familiar with Quality Control systems and procedures.
- Operate APU and perform APU operation.
- Support Aircraft Crew Chief during shift turnovers.
- Collaborate with Customer Project Supervisor to meet project objectives.
- Provide services and deliverables meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices using a 5S system.
- Drive human factors and zero defects in workmanship and safety.
- Administer company rules, regulations, and safety policies.
- Support corporate mission and vision through achieving department goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in business jet maintenance, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
- Valid and active driver's license.
- APU Operation qualified.
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for technician work.
- Able to enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
- Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
- FAA Inspection Authorization (desired).
- Completed at least one (1) Falcon Initial Maintenance School (desired).
- Engine Run & Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Falcon aircraft (desired).
Qualifications
Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and cleaning solvents.
Skills
- Proficient in Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135.
- Experience with computer systems and aircraft software.
