Aircraft Maintenance Controller

STS Technical Services is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Controller in Chicago, Illinois, to support aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting and return-to-service activities for onboard broadband connectivity systems. This role is designed for an aviation professional with a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, electrical systems and avionics installations. The Aircraft Maintenance Controller will work closely with airline partners, maintenance planners and contract maintenance personnel to ensure work is completed accurately, documented properly and performed in accordance with applicable company, airline and FAA requirements. Position Overview The Aircraft Maintenance Controller supports the maintenance, repair and return to service of broadband systems installed aboard customer aircraft. This position serves as a technical and operational resource for airline partners and maintenance teams while supporting system integrity, maintenance coordination, troubleshooting and regulatory compliance.
