Outdoor work in varying climate conditions is required.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Should project a professional image.
  • Must successfully complete relevant training classes.
  • Have strong verbal communication skills.
  • Should have excellent oral and verbal communication skills and be able to comprehend detailed job instructions.
  • Able to frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
  • Able to occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
  • Must be able to drive and safely operate cargo loader and baggage tug, as well as tow tractor when required to dispatch aircraft.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and time constraints necessary to dispatch flights on time.
  • Willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT).
