WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Interiors Technician, you'll be a key member of our Interiors Team and will help assemble interior aircraft components following engineering drawings and company specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and are interested in developing a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing. This position requires limited experience (basic hand and power tools) and is a great way to start your career at Epic.
Responsibilities
- Cover interior panels with leather, vinyl, and other materials
- Use hand tools, fixtures, and computer-based job processing system to complete work
- Perform trim & drill operations
- Work with sealants and bonding adhesives
- Other duties as assigned or required
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- An eye for detail and take pride in high-quality work
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required
- Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude
- Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities
- The ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- A self-motivated, dependable, and organized individual
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Physical Requirements
- The ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- The ability to lift materials and equipment as required
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday
- 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
