About the role
Inspect aircraft components, parts, and sub-assemblies for operation and conformance to government and/or company standards and specifications. Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Communicate directly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required (education will be verified).
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize work in order to accomplish multiple assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide input to the technical needs and solutions required for the manufacture, inspection of materials and components.
- Able to record detailed information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working overhead.
- Able to access small, confined spaces and work in an enclosed environment.
- The ability to pass New Hire Physical/Respiratory Exam.
- Able to work around composites, epoxies, and sealants for long periods of time.
- Active Government Secret clearance as well as the ability to obtain and maintain Program Special access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- US citizenship required for clearance.
- Pass visual exam.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED required (education will be verified).
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant mechanical and/or inspection experience.
- Experience in inspection processes; knowledge and use of inspection and testing instruments.
- Experience with common quality systems such as non-conformances, cause/corrective actions.
- Able to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working overhead.
- Able to access small, confined spaces and work in an enclosed environment.
- The ability to pass New Hire Physical/Respiratory Exam.
- Able to work around composites, epoxies, and sealants for long periods of time.

Skills
- Familiarity with the quality process.
- Work experience in manufacturing of composite parts.
- Related industry experience in either manufacturing or inspection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay
Annual salary range: $39,800.00 - $66,300.00
Secondary level salary range: $47,300.00 - $78,800.00
Schedule
B- shift 1900-0530 (Monday - Thursday)
