About the role
You will perform simple mathematical functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with regards to weight, measurement, and volume to interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions as they pertain to fueling. This role requires maintaining a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner.
- Drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft.
- Ensure accurate accounting of fuel transactions.
- Perform daily Quality Control checks on equipment and maintain it in clean and functional condition.
- Ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel.
- Responsible for defueling aircraft as directed.

- Take reasonable care of the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others while at work.
- Adhere to provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
- Comply with the company’s Substance Misuse Policy, including regular testing for alcohol and drugs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment color vision test and drug screen.
- Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs (e.g., fueling carts and hoses).
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Work is primarily outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and obtain a US Customs seal.
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Prior experience is preferred, including possession of a Commercial Driver’s License or experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
