About the role
The Aircraft Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems on various aircraft. This includes troubleshooting, replacing faulty components, and ensuring all systems comply with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues on aircraft
- Install new wiring and components as needed
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment
Skills
