Aircraft Dispatcher

About the role

The Part 135 Dispatcher will manage flight logistics, respond to communications, and coordinate crew activities in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and company chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan logistics, release flights, and monitor flight progress and delays.
• Arrange international permits, handling, and customs clearance.
• Cook up crew positioning and logistics, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
• Scrutinize crew duty and rest periods to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Assist with other dispatch-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: Prior experience in aviation is preferred but not required. Familiarity with aviation terminology and concepts is preferred.

Working Conditions

• This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to support 24/7 operations.
