  • Lead industrial maturity assessments across the regional scope and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Design, facilitate, and lead training programs and Kaizen workshops in a train-the-trainer mode across North America.
  • Support AOS digitalization solutions and drive mid- to long-term strategic lean initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in operations management within a best-in-class lean manufacturing environment.
  • Deep expertise in lean management, problem-solving, and facilitating workshops (Kaizen, VSM, SMED, 5S, Hoshin Kanri).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and inspire managers, technicians, and operators.
  • Strong baseline knowledge of industrial engineering, quality tools, process optimization, and aeronautical manufacturing.
  • Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Kepner-Tregoe, or APICS are highly desirable.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate and spend extended time on active manufacturing shop floors and plant environments.
  • Capacity to conduct interactive training sessions, workshop facilitation, and on-site industrial assessments.
  • Flexibility to travel to various Airbus sites and locations across North America as needed.
