Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage air quality compliance data, ensuring required information is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Review compliance data and reports for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual air quality compliance reports within required deadlines.
- Support updates to procedures and data records in line with permit-related changes.
- Aid in the development of best management, operational, and maintenance practices linked to air quality compliance.
- Assist with the preparation of facilities for agency inspections and audits, and support during inspection activity where required.
- Cook with technical questions relating to air quality compliance.
- Maintain environmental records and contribute to ad-hoc reporting and project work as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college, or 2 years of professional experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in data management.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Excellent writing, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify deficiencies, optimise processes, and manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Air quality background.
- Familiarity with environmental compliance management and oversight, including operations and maintenance procedures.
