About the role
Air Export Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities
- Utilize AEX Workboard for Reporting and Monitoring
- Interact with customers in arranging international shipments, meeting service standards
- Coordinate service provider requests or escalations and communicate to OPS team
- Adhere to compliance standards and internal/external regulations
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and updated as needed
- Handle overseas communications related to customer service requests or coordinate with OPS team
- Manage customer reports and ensure timely distribution
- Support customers with inquiries regarding compliance, documentation, and export regulations
- Provide general pricing information upon request
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of Expeditors Operational Experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills and interpersonal abilities
- IATA/FIATA LATAM Certification
- Hazardous Materials Certification
