Air Cargo Warehouse Agent - SAN

About the role

The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the Air Cargo department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo aircraft, ensuring that all shipments are handled safely and efficiently.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of cargo handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with airlines and other carriers to schedule and coordinate cargo flights.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo handling or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).

Skills

• Knowledge of cargo handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cargo tracking systems.
