About the role
The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within the Air Cargo department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo aircraft, ensuring that all shipments are handled safely and efficiently.
- Manage the maintenance and repair of cargo handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate with airlines and other carriers to schedule and coordinate cargo flights.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo handling or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
Skills
- Knowledge of cargo handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cargo tracking systems.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
