About the role

The general labour position will be responsible for occupying the different positions of the bread production line or tortilla line.

Responsibilities

• Adjust production equipment and take data
• Remove and remove molds from the production line
• Pack and stack bakery products for transport
• Clean the production area
• Respect the company’s hygiene standards
• Comply with company health and safety standards

Requirements

• Pastry enthusiast
• Holder of a high school diploma or its equivalent (an asset)
• Comfortable lifting heavy weights up to 50 pounds (tasks may be repetitive)
• Comfortable with technological equipment
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant (food sector, an asset)
• Strong people skills: accessible, good listener, empathetic
• Care about the health and safety of colleagues and yourself

Pay

Starting at $22.76 per hour, with a night bonus of $1.50 per hour.

Schedule

Schedule from Sunday to Sunday – 12 hours per day/night – 36 hours per week; rotating shift (day/night) requiring flexibility (including weekends and holidays); overtime available after 36 hours as needed.
