Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise students during extended care hours, ensuring a safe and positive environment. - Assist with homework, quiet activities, and age-appropriate play. - Maintain attentive supervision both indoors and outdoors. - Support daily routines, including snack distribution, cleanup, and transitions. - Communicate respectfully and effectively with students, parents, and school staff. - Reinforce program expectations and model appropriate behavior. - Maintain accurate attendance records and follow established safety procedures. - Help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Dardenne.

Job Requirements

- Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or parish setting preferred. - Ability to supervise groups of children with patience, consistency, and attentiveness. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment. - Willingness to support the mission and values of Catholic education. - Must meet Archdiocesan compliance requirements, including Safe Environment training.
