What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end AI agent experience for assigned Early Access Program (EAP) customers, from implementation through production readiness.
- Partner directly with customers to understand their business, workflows, and success criteria, translating those needs into agent behavior.
- Configure and tune AI agents by selecting voices, refining personas, optimizing prompts, and improving conversational performance.
- Continuously improve agent fluency through pronunciation tuning, text normalization, domain-specific language optimization, and conversational refinement.
- Drive customer deployments to defined quality standards, including consistency, fluency, latency (CFL), resolution rates, and containment targets.
- Analyze live conversations, identify opportunities for improvement, and rapidly iterate agent behavior based on customer feedback and production performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Agent Experience Design teams to surface learnings that improve the platform for all customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, ensuring customers are confident deploying AI agents into production.
Skills You'll Bring
- Experience leading customer-facing implementations, deployments, or solution delivery for complex technical products.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI agent behavior.
- Experience working with text-to-speech (TTS), conversational design, voice interfaces, or natural language processing is highly desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft natural, consistent AI personalities and conversational experiences.
- Strong customer consulting and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build trust with executive stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with experience using metrics and customer feedback to improve product outcomes.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments where rapid iteration and experimentation are expected.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Experience supporting customers in regulated or high-complexity industries such as healthcare, financial services, or legal is a plus.
