AI Transformation Manager
About the role
We're looking for an AI Transformation Manager to join Sia's ETI practice and help clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors successfully adopt and scale AI across their organizations. This is a business- and strategy-facing role. You'll work with executives and operational leaders to identify where AI can create value, build the roadmap to get there, and lead clients through the change required to make adoption stick. You are not expected to write production code or build models yourself. Your value is knowing what today's AI tools and platforms can realistically do, translating that into a business case, and leading the organizational change that turns a pilot into an operating reality. You'll join a growing ETI team, working day to day alongside Applied AI Leads and other Sia consultants who own the technical build, so you can focus on where you add the most value: strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI Transformation Strategy: Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomes
- Assess current business processes and operating models to identify high-impact AI use cases
- Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes
- Lead client workshops focused on AI strategy, prioritization, and adoption
- Drive Delivery & Change Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives, partnering with Applied AI Leads and technical teams to translate strategy into execution
