We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes Company Description, Job Description, What You'll Do You'll Do (responsibilities), Qualifications (Required, Preferred), Additional information (Compensation, Benefits, Workplace, Work Authorization, Our Commitment). We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Company Description: could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we could use "About the role" heading and put company description there? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings. Likely sections: About the role (company description + overview), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (Qualifications Required), Preferred Qualifications (maybe under Skills?), Benefits, Pay (Compensation), maybe Schedule (Workplace expectations). Also we have Work Authorization and EEO which we should drop (boilerplate). Also "Our Commitment" is EEO boilerplate, drop. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. For Pay we have actual ranges: Associate Manager Level: $142,800 - $147,900; Manager Level: $150,000 - $160,000. So we can include Pay section with those numbers. Benefits: we have list: Medical, dental, and vision; company-paid life and AD&D; voluntary supplemental insurance and EAP; 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting; HSA and FSA options; College savings and student loan repayment programs; Paid parental leave; generous PTO, nine company holidays, and one floating holiday; Cell phone stipend; well-being and professional development programs. So we can list as
. Schedule: Workplace: "Sia values in-person collaboration. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Between client engagements, consultants are expected to work from a Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We also have "Additional information" includes compensation, benefits, workplace, work authorization, our commitment. We'll drop work authorization and commitment. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the company description text exactly (or close). We must not repeat job title. Also we should not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

    Company description paragraph(s).

    Then maybe another

    About Sia

but we only need one About the role. Could combine company description and role overview. But we also have a paragraph describing the role: "We're looking for an AI Transformation Manager to join Sia's ETI practice and help clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors successfully adopt and scale AI across their organizations. This is a business- and strategy-facing role....". That's part of Job Description. Could be included under About the role or Responsibilities. Better to put role overview under About the role, then Responsibilities separate. Thus:

    About the role

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group. Founded in 1999, we were born digital. Today our strategy and management capabilities are augmented by data science, enhanced by creativity and driven by responsibility. We’re optimists for change and we help clients initiate, navigate and benefit from transformation. We believe optimism is a force multiplier, helping clients to mitigate downside and maximize opportunity. With expertise across a broad range of sectors and services, our 3,000 consultants serve clients worldwide from 48 locations in 19 countries. Our expertise delivers results. Our optimism transforms outcomes.

We're looking for an AI Transformation Manager to join Sia's ETI practice and help clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors successfully adopt and scale AI across their organizations. This is a business- and strategy-facing role. You'll work with executives and operational leaders to identify where AI can create value, build the roadmap to get there, and lead clients through the change required to make adoption stick. You are not expected to write production code or build models yourself. Your value is knowing what today's AI tools and platforms can realistically do, translating that into a business case, and leading the organizational change that turns a pilot into an operating reality. You'll join a growing ETI team, working day to day alongside Applied AI Leads and other Sia consultants who own the technical build, so you can focus on where you add the most value: strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Lead AI Transformation Strategy: Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomes
    • Assess current business processes and operating models to identify high-impact AI use cases
    • Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes
    • Lead client workshops focused on AI strategy, prioritization, and adoption
    • Drive Delivery & Change Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives, partnering with Applied AI Leads and technical teams to translate strategy into execution
    • Manage multiple workstreams while balancing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
    • Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting to measure business impact and adoption
    • Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders
    • Drive organizational adoption through communication, training, and change management
    • Present recommendations and progress updates to executive stakeholders
    • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ETI practice development
    • Evaluate & Guide AI Tool Adoption: Maintain working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and automation platforms so you can evaluate options and advise clients, without needing to build or configure them yourself
    • Assess vendor and platform options and recommend practical enterprise applications
    • Support organizations in moving from pilot to production by aligning stakeholders, timelines, and change readiness, working closely with the technical build team
    • Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
    • Lead process redesign initiatives leveraging AI and digital technologies
    • Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and documentation that enable sustainable transformation
But we need to ensure we don't lose detail. The original responsibilities had headings: Lead AI Transformation Strategy, Drive Delivery & Change Management, Evaluate & Guide AI Tool Adoption, Business Process Improvement. We can keep them as part of list items or separate headings? The instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can embed the headings inside
    • as bold text maybe. But we should not add extra headings like

. So we can just put the content as list items, preserving the detail. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include the headings as part of the list item text. Now Requirements (Qualifications Required):

      Requirements

      • 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, operations, or digital transformation
      • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation
      • Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and driving organizational change
      • Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms as a practitioner and evaluator (not required to build or code)
      • Experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders
      • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced consulting environments
      • Bachelor's degree required
Preferred qualifications could be under Skills or maybe under Requirements as separate list? The instruction mentions Skills heading. Could put Preferred under Skills.

      Skills

      • Experience serving clients in Energy & Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products
      • Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI, as a user and evaluator
      • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
      • PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certification
      • Familiarity with data visualization and project tracking tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
      Now Benefits:

      Benefits

      • Medical, dental, and vision
      • Company-paid life and AD&D
      • Voluntary supplemental insurance and EAP
      • 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting
      • HSA and FSA options
      • College savings and student loan repayment programs
      • Paid parental leave
      • Generous PTO, nine company holidays, and one floating holiday
      • Cell phone stipend
      • Well-being and professional development programs
      Pay:

      Pay

      Associate Manager Level: $142,800 - $147,900

      Manager Level: $150,000 - $160,000

      Annual Performance Bonus

      Schedule:

      Schedule

We should also maybe include "Work Authorization" but it's boilerplate? It's a requirement but not boilerplate? It's a legal requirement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Work Authorization is legal but not exactly boilerplate? It's a requirement for the job. Might be considered legal boilerplate? It's a standard statement. I'd drop it to be safe. Also "Our Commitment" is EEO boilerplate, drop. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description includes also "Strategy & Management Consulting" section about sectors served. That's substantive. Should we include that? It's under Company Description after the first paragraph. We included only the first paragraph about Sia. We missed the second paragraph about Strategy & Management Consulting global footprint etc. Need to include that as part of About the role. Let's capture that: "Strategy & Management Consulting Sia’s Strategy & Management Consulting global footprint and expertise in more than 40 sectors and services allow us to enhance our clients' businesses worldwide. We guide their projects and initiatives in strategy, business transformation, IT & digital strategy. Sia supports Energy & Utilities, Transportation, and Industrials in driving transformation, innovation, and competitiveness. Since 2000, we have guided energy companies (oil & gas and utilities), transportation, industrial and processes manufacturing leaders through growth strategies, business transformation, digital
