AI Transformation Advisory - Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in consulting, technology, or enterprise transformation roles, with a focus on AI or digital strategy.
• 3+ years of experience leading AI/ML solution delivery, including Generative and Agentic AI systems.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology—translating strategic objectives into scalable AI roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of AI platform ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deployment architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional delivery teams and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Preferred

• Experience building or commercializing AI solutions or products within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, and agent design principles.
• Familiarity with AIOps / MLOps, data platform modernization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Certifications in cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer).
• Experience mentoring junior consultants and building AI delivery capability within teams.

Benefits

The estimated base salary for this job is $155,000 - $175,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $186,000 - $210,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
