About the Role

We're seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network, helping train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using exercise and wellness expertise. This is a fully remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours and competitive pay rates.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed outlines of your workflows, focusing on specific tasks that are critical to your role, take between a few days to a few months, and are performed at least weekly.
- Break down each task into steps, tools, decision points, and edge cases, providing clear and nuanced feedback.
- Complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work, with many tasks being shorter.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), or similar role.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
