AI Training - Personal Assistant - Omaha, US

About the role

We're looking for Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using your expertise. If you have the necessary experience, we'll send you a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills. If successful, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you'll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models. Everything is fully remote and ad-hoc, on a freelance basis, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.

Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $20 per hour. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter. Joining our talent pool for this project also opens the door to similar paid projects in the future.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows. You will be asked to write about one of the tasks you perform regularly, in as much detail as you can.
• Focus on tasks that take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least once a week.
• Stick to one task per outline. Include the steps, the tools and information you draw on, the decision points, and the edge cases.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), or similar role.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking: the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.
