About the Role

We're seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network, helping train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using exercise and wellness expertise. This fully remote, freelance opportunity allows you to work on ad hoc projects, with full control over which tasks you accept.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed outlines of your workflows, focusing on specific tasks that take between a few days to a few months, are critical to your job, and are performed at least weekly.
- Break down each task into steps, tools, decision points, and edge cases, providing real depth on a single process.
- Complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Assistant (EA), or similar role.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
- Strong attention to detail.
