AI Trainer - Travel Agents - Dallas, US

About the Role

We're looking for experienced US-based travel agents who also have a passion for writing to create detailed, narrative-style accounts of long-term processes central to your work. This project involves writing thorough, honest descriptions of specific tasks—such as building complex itineraries, managing group bookings, or handling trip disruptions—with an emphasis on depth, judgment calls, and real-world detail. Your work will help train AI models by providing rich, human-centric data.

Once you sign up, you'll complete a short, paid writing assessment ($9/hour). Successful candidates will join our talent pool for future paid projects, with rates up to $20/hour. All work is remote, freelance, and ad hoc, with full control over which projects you accept. Payments are made via PayPal.

Responsibilities

• Select one long-term, recurring task from your work as a travel agent (e.g., planning multi-destination itineraries, managing group/wedding bookings, resolving trip disruptions, or curating niche travel packages).
• Write a detailed, narrative-style account of the process from start to finish, including steps, tools used, decision points, and edge cases.
• Produce outlines typically ranging from 5 to 25 pages, focusing on depth and real-world detail rather than brevity.
• Complete a paid writing assessment to demonstrate your ability to craft thorough, engaging accounts.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a travel agent, travel consultant, or similar role.
• A genuine interest in writing, whether through academic work, blogging, journaling, freelance projects, or simply being the person who crafts thoughtful client communications.
• A preference for depth and clarity over brevity—you enjoy explaining things thoroughly.
• Ability to break down complex processes into detailed, narrative-style accounts.
