About the Role

Join our growing team as a Junior AI Systems Developer and be at the forefront of building intelligent automation systems that are reshaping how medical practices operate. In this role you will develop, configure, and maintain AI-driven workflows that create real impact for healthcare providers across the United States. Your work will directly contribute to systems that run in production and serve real patients every day. Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI voice agents for medical practice deployments
• Build and maintain automation workflows that power our client-facing systems
• Integrate with third party platforms and APIs as part of each deployment
• Set up and manage communication and messaging automation
• Test every build thoroughly before go-live: Nothing reaches a client until it is fully verified
• Record professional video walkthroughs demonstrating the completed system before handoff
• Maintain and support live client systems on an ongoing basis
• Treat active system issues as urgent, not as tickets

Requirements

• Fluent in English required
• Minimum 2 years experience building and maintaining automation workflows or API integrations
• Healthcare or medical tech background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of completed and working AI infrastructure
• Comfortable working independently and debugging systems without step by step guidance
• Strong attention to detail, you test your own work before anyone else sees it
• Proficient with automation platforms
• Experience integrating with third party APIs via REST
• JavaScript or Python Experience
• Responsive and accountable
• High ownership mentality: You hold yourself to a standard most people would not accept

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote Position
• Part-time to start: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm EST
• $20 per hour
