AI Strategy & Deployment Manager

For our client, we are seeking a AI Strategy & Deployment Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead high-impact strategic engagements that help enterprise customers translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with senior executives, internal delivery teams, and product stakeholders to guide implementation, adoption, and long-term account growth. The position blends pre-sales leadership with post-sales execution, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from initial solution design through ongoing value realization. It is well suited to someone who can operate credibly in complex sales environments while shaping how modern AI solutions are deployed and scaled. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Lead value-driven pre-sales engagements with compelling demonstrations Focus on customer retention and account expansion through tailored solutions Ensure seamless post-sales delivery and transition from pre-sales to delivery Oversee onboarding and enablement processes for new customers Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive AI product innovation Drive customer satisfaction and adoption rates to secure renewals Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans Qualifications 5+ years in strategy and operations roles, with 3 years at a top-tier strategy firm or Big 4 practice Experience engaging with C-level executives and building trusted relationships In-depth knowledge of revenue operations technology stack, including CRM and AI/ML solutions Familiarity with Sales, Salesforce, and the Sales SaaS/AI tech domain High emotional intelligence and change agent reputation Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Benefits Opportunity to work with leading tech and consulting firms Engagement with C-level executives and high-level strategic initiatives Access to innovative technology solutions and AI advancements Focus on long-term partnerships and customer success Dynamic work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
