About the role

Obin is the agentic workforce for regulated finance. We build AI agents trained on how a specific firm actually works — its operating logic, its edge cases, its regulatory framework — that run inside the client's own cloud and governance boundary. Every agent we build belongs to the client: their cloud, their model, their IP. Outputs are auditable, traceable, and reversible. We help leading institutions rethink critical workflows across insurance, private credit, private equity, and commercial lending.

Serve as a domain subject-matter expert supporting Obin's solution design, configuration and validation across asset management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Defining data taxonomies and reference-data structures from first principles.
• Specifying calculation methodologies and finance-domain formulas underpinning automated outputs.
• Designing verification and control loops to test those outputs against expected results.
• Constructing, annotating and quality-reviewing "golden" reference datasets used to benchmark agent performance.
• Documenting methodology, assumptions and edge cases.
• Reviewing system outputs against defined benchmarks and providing written findings and remediation guidance to Obin's delivery and platform teams.
• Collaborating with Obin's delivery, product and engineering teams.
• Performing other duties consistent with this role as the business requires.
• All work product created in the course of employment, including taxonomies, methodologies, datasets, annotations and documentation, is the exclusive property of Obin.
