Aim

We are seeking an AI Strategist to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered applications and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered tools, chatbots, and customer-facing AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop real-world AI applications that empower businesses
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered tools, chatbots, and customer-facing AI solutions
• Already handson with Claude or similar generative AI tools to accomplish real-world tasks, and are ready to utilize them from day one
• Easily manage multiple threads at once, ensuring zero dropped follow-ups, and bring order to complex scheduling chaos
• Genuinely curious about AI and institutional investing. No prior finance background is required, but you must be excited to learn how deal teams function and where AI fits in

Requirements

• 2+ years of client-facing or coordination experience in roles like solutions engineering, consulting, account coordination, or project management
• Relevant internship and project experience counts
• Relentlessly organized, easily managing multiple threads at once, ensuring zero dropped follow-ups, and bringing order to complex scheduling chaos
• Genuinely curious about AI and institutional investing. No prior finance background is required, but you must be excited to learn how deal teams function and where AI fits in
• Nice to have experience conducting user interviews, product discovery, or requirements gathering
• Professional exposure to private equity, venture capital, asset management, or other institutional investors
