What You Will Do

• Conduct deep-dive audits of existing business processes to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-native workflow redesign.
• Collaborate with engineers to build and deploy solutions using a modern stack including Claude, Cursor, and low-code platforms.
• Manage senior executive relationships, ensuring AI strategy aligns with core business goals and drives measurable operational improvements.

The ideal candidate

• 3-7 years of experience in strategy, operations, or product roles at top-tier consultancies or high-growth AI startups.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools like Claude and n8n, combined with a strong bias toward shipping functional products.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate both C-suite strategy sessions and technical engineering sprints with ease.
