Responsibilities
- Spearhead early-stage evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AgentControl at scale; ensure activation and churn prevention
- Collaborate with AI SME team to develop and document Solutions Engineering playbooks
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring product performance, user experience, and market response
- Deliver integrations against common, quantified customer requests in code contributions and documentation
- Evangelize AgentControl at industry conferences, webinars, and partner engagements
- Support organizational enablement on AI and the AgentControl product
- Cook up with other AI SMEs to enhance collective expertise
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with AI applications, including building, implementing, or selling AI solutions at scale
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI agent performance at scale through automated methods
- Deep understanding of LLM mechanics, including transformer architecture
- Strong Python skills, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and current market trends
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
