AI Solutions Specialist

About the role

The AI Solutions Specialist bridges AI development and real business needs. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to turn practical requirements into working AI tools and applications—built to be used right away. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where independence, rapid prototyping, and end-to-end delivery are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take requirements from stakeholders and produce suggested AI solutions
• Design and build internal AI tools and applications using modern AI platforms
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate with minimal oversight
• Own solutions end-to-end: build ? test ? deploy ? improve
• Deliver practical outputs that create immediate business value
• Partner with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and priorities
• Clarify vague or incomplete requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans
• Prioritize work based on business impact and feasibility
• Demo solutions when needed to support adoption and early rollout
• Explain solutions in simple, practical terms and provide early usage support
• Stay current with AI tools and capabilities, testing new approaches quickly
• Apply learnings directly into real solutions and share practical insights with the team

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building real AI solutions (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Practical problem-solving skills with a focus on execution
• Solid alignment with internal team standards so solutions can be applied quickly to real problems
• Demonstrated comfort working with limited structure and driving work forward without constant follow-up

Nice to have

• Experience with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Epicor, etc.)
• Background with automation or low-code platforms
• Experience working directly with business teams

Pay

Pay: $70,000–$75,000 (sweet spot: $70–$75k)
