Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with AI/ML users to increase adoption
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand goals and propose solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs and implementation
- Lead workshops and training sessions for onboarding and new features
- Run quarterly business reviews to assess account value and identify opportunities
- Monitor product usage to evaluate account health
- Cookordination with management teams to identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Self-starter with adaptability to dynamic environments
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration
- Proficiency in demonstrating technical products
- Focus on delivering measurable customer success
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
