Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with AI/ML users to increase adoption
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand goals and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs and implementation
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for onboarding and new features
  • Run quarterly business reviews to assess account value and identify opportunities
  • Monitor product usage to evaluate account health
  • Cookordination with management teams to identify upsell opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
  • Self-starter with adaptability to dynamic environments
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration
  • Proficiency in demonstrating technical products
  • Focus on delivering measurable customer success
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
