The company's future incubation work includes advanced AI-driven performance intelligence, but the immediate priority is delivering high-quality AI and data solutions for real clients. Role Overview We are looking for an AI Developer / AI Solutions Developer to help design, prototype, and implement practical AI-enabled systems for business use cases. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can move between experimentation and implementation: using LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, retrieval systems, automation workflows, software integration, and database technologies to turn ideas into working solutions. The ideal candidate is not just someone who follows tutorials. We need someone who can reason technically, challenge weak assumptions, write clean code, document clearly, and help build systems that are useful, maintainable, and commercially credible. Key Responsibilities You Will Help Transilient Dynamics Research Ltd. With Designing and developing AI-enabled prototypes and client-facing proof-of-concepts.Building solutions using LLMs, AI APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, structured prompts, agents, and workflow automation.Connecting AI models with business data, documents, applications, databases, and external services.Developing backend services, scripts, APIs, dashboards, or lightweight applications where required.Supporting data ingestion, transformation, indexing, graph modelling, and retrieval workflows.Evaluating AI outputs for quality, consistency, hallucination risk, and business usefulness.Producing UML diagrams, technical documentation, and prototype/mockup material where appropriate.Documenting technical decisions, assumptions, limitations, and implementation steps.Working with the founder to translate client problems into practical technical architectures.Supporting internal research and future product development where relevant. Required Skills The candidate should have experience with several of the following: Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.UML, software modelling fundamentals, and prototype/mockup tools such as Figma or similar.Database technologies, including PostgreSQL, vector databases, and graph databases.Working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, local models, or similar.Prompt engineering beyond basic chat usage.RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, or document intelligence.API integration and backend development.Solid cloud engineering concepts.Git-based development workflow.Structured data handling: JSON, CSV, SQL, APIs.Ability to write clear technical documentation.Excellent English. This role suits someone who wants to be close to the early technical foundations of a company rather than simply joining a large delivery team. Working Arrangement The role is currently expected to be remote or based at customer premises, depending on project requirements. Occasional face-to-face internal meetings may be required. The role may initially be structured as a project-based, part-time, freelance, or early-stage collaboration role, depending on the candidate's profile, availability, and the needs of the company.
