Responsibilities

• Create AI-enabled prototypes and demonstrations, continuously building and iterating on prototypes to create an extensive portfolio of AI application starters to real-world business problems.
• Develop and iterate on AI-enabled solutions and prototypes using programming languages and frameworks for AI development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud to support AI application development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop functional prototypes to validate feasibility and applicability of AI technologies to practical use cases and challenges.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs, translate these requirements into technical specifications for AI-enabled technology solutions.
• Work closely with AI solution architects, engineers and data scientists to transition and scale AI-ML prototypes into operational solutions/models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science or related field).
• 2+ years of experience designing and deploying cloud-based technology solutions, ideally incorporating AI-ML or advanced analytics capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence technology experimentation and/or prototyping.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI technologies and platforms is strongly preferred.
• Professional Certification such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner or Azure AI Engineer Associate are preferred.

Skills

Experience with or understanding of:

• Creating AI-enabled prototypes and demonstrations, continuously building and iterating on prototypes to create an extensive portfolio of AI application starters to real-world business problems.
• Application development practices for building and iterating on AI-enabled solutions and prototypes.
• Working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud to support AI application development.
• Programming languages and frameworks for AI development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Developing backend services, APIs, and application logic to support AI-enabled solutions; familiarity with frontend application development is a plus.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop functional prototypes to validate feasibility and applicability of AI technologies to practical use cases and challenges.
• Fostering innovation by identifying new AI technologies or methodologies that can enhance current processes or solve new challenges.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs, translating these requirements into technical specifications for AI-enabled technology solutions.
• Working closely with AI solution architects, engineers and data scientists to transition and scale AI-ML prototypes into operational solutions/models.
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles and basic data privacy, access, and governance considerations when developing AI-enabled prototypes.

Benefits

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$103,000.00 - $155,000.00

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$113,300.00 - $170,500.00

We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
