AI Solutions Automation Engineer

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Select and implement the appropriate Microsoft 365 extensibility patterns (e.g., Copilot Studio agents, automated workflows, connectors, APIs) based on business requirements, data sources, and risk considerations.
• Architect human-in-the-loop automation that preserves appropriate review, approval, and professional judgment for legal and regulated workflows.
• Develop reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and implementation standards to support scalable delivery.
• Govern solutions that comply with firm policies and Microsoft 365 governance controls, including permissions, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention (DLP), and environment separation (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Partner closely with IT, Security, and Compliance to ensure solutions are production-ready and meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Governance-Aligned Engineering Design

• Own technical quality for delivered solutions, including testing, validation, and issue remediation.
• Troubleshoot integration, data access, and workflow issues across Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide limited post-deployment support and iteration for approved solutions.

Enablement & Mentorship

• Support workflow-specific user enablement through documentation, demos, and targeted guidance.
• Mentor and train a junior automation engineer over time, establishing clear build standards and best practices.
