- Design and build AI-driven workflow automation using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph.
- Select and implement the appropriate Microsoft 365 extensibility pattern (e.g., Copilot Studio agents, automated workflows, connectors, APIs) based on business requirements, data sources, and risk considerations.
- Architect human-in-the-loop automation that preserves appropriate review, approval, and professional judgment for legal and regulated workflows.
- Develop reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and implementation standards to support scalable delivery.
- Governance-Aligned Engineering
- Design solutions that comply with firm policies and Microsoft 365 governance controls, including permissions, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention (DLP), and environment separation (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Partner closely with IT, Security, and Compliance to ensure solutions are production-ready and meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, testing evidence, and release materials to support approval and deployment.
- Quality, Testing, and Support
- Own technical quality for delivered solutions, including testing, validation, and issue remediation.
- Troubleshoot integration, data access, and workflow issues across Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide limited post-deployment support and iteration for approved solutions.
- Enablement & Mentorship
- Support workflow-specific user enablement through documentation, demos, and targeted guidance.
- Mentor and train a junior automation engineer over time, establishing clear build standards and best practices.
