Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design
• Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI and LLM-based solutions
• Define technical standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI implementation
• Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and tooling appropriate to business and compliance requirements
• Technical Leadership
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction to implementation engineers and integration teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to align AI capabilities with measurable business outcomes
• Address scalability, security, cost, and governance considerations throughout the solution lifecycle

Qualifications

• Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience architecting and deploying enterprise AI solutions
• Proven track record taking AI systems from concept to production at enterprise scale
• Experience providing technical direction to multidisciplinary delivery teams

Skills & Competencies

• Deep understanding of LLM application patterns, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation
• Strong grasp of data architecture, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to design secure, scalable AI systems within enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise ERP platforms
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience

Working Conditions

• Remote position with approximately one on-site visit per quarter; travel expenses reimbursed separately
• Must be able to participate in regular virtual collaboration across distributed project teams
• Must be able to meet deadlines and reporting cadences established by project leadership
