Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, and implementation partners
- Design scalable AI solution architectures for manufacturing, engineering, and enterprise use cases
- Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment and industrialization
- Partner with operations, quality, engineering, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable results
- Serve as a technical liaison with AI technology providers including Microsoft, NVIDIA, and other solution partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience implementing AI, machine learning, computer vision, or digital transformation solutions in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical business applications
- Experience evaluating vendors, platforms, and technical solutions
- Track record of delivering technology projects from concept through production deployment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering background
- Experience with quality systems, MES, or shop-floor technologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI deployment practices
