Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $ 84,000 to $ 96,000 per year
• Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package
• We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately:
• Base salary between $ 84,000 - $ 96,000 p.a.
• Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
• Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-10%
• A comprehensive benefits package, including:
• 25 days of PTO p.a.
