About the Opportunity

The AI Solutions & Enablement Lead is responsible for establishing and scaling the organization's enterprise AI function. This role helps shape the AI team's direction, operating model, standards, governance, and priorities while promoting responsible AI adoption across the organization. The position contributes to developing scalable AI capabilities, governance frameworks, and adoption programs that support long-term business growth and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the AI roadmap by identifying and advancing opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with leadership to establish AI function foundations, including standards, operating principles, governance, and capability roadmaps.
• Develop scalable operating models, including processes, intake models, prioritization frameworks, and measurement systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for business applicability, technical fit, security, and organizational requirements.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve workflows, productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop programs that increase organizational AI literacy, promote responsible AI use, and support value realization.
• Create training materials, workshops, and user support resources to facilitate effective AI adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business stakeholders to support AI governance and risk management.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics, licensing utilization, costs, and business outcomes.
• Engage cross-functionally to accelerate AI adoption and maintain alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience executing AI strategies and developing enterprise AI functions.
• Ability to establish operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable AI capabilities.
• Experience evaluating AI tools and technologies based on business needs, technical requirements, and security considerations.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions that improve business processes and operational outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Experience developing training, enablement, and change management programs.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications and adoption strategies.
