Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure business workflows within the Regrello platform.
  • Implement workflow automation solutions based on business requirements.
  • Create reusable workflow components and templates.
  • Support workflow testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and defects.
  • Develop custom functionality to support Regrello implementations.
  • Create and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Design and implement APIs and web services.
  • Develop automation scripts and supporting applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and development best practices.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Regrello and enterprise applications including: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, MES Platforms, PLM Systems, Data Warehouses.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and data synchronization processes.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and data flow failures.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand business requirements.
  • Translate user stories into technical designs and development tasks.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
  • Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate workflow performance and business outcomes.
  • Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide production support for deployed workflows and integrations.
  • Investigate and resolve system incidents.
  • Maintain application performance and reliability.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem management activities.
  • Create technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Maintain integration specifications and API documentation.
  • Develop support procedures and knowledge articles.
  • Document workflow configurations and deployment procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience developing enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C# (preferred).
  • Integration Technologies: REST APIs, JSON, XML, API Authentication, Webhooks, ETL Concepts.
  • Database Technologies: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database Query Optimization.
  • Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (Preferred).
  • Development Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker (Preferred).
