AI Senior Hardware Engineer (Liquid Thermal Cooled Server Racks)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and management of liquid cooling products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of software development processes and market analysis to deliver high-quality solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Solution Design and Support
Design, simulate, and optimize key components in server liquid cooling systems (cold plates, manifolds, sealing structures)
Thermal design of liquid cooling products including liquid cold plates and radiators (e.g., IGBT cooling)
Lead thermal management structural layout of liquid-cooled servers
Collaborate with hardware, power supply, structural, and testing teams to complete integration, assembly, and maintainability design
Monitor industry trends in chip liquid cooling technology
Participate in research and provide deep perspective on innovative solutions
Customer Technical Support
Act as primary technical interface for customer discussions
Perform professional communication skills
Cooperate with internal R&D team to promptly address customer concerns
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
AI Server Cabinet and Liquid Cooling Thermal Design Experience
GB200/GB300 Chip with High Speed Rack System Understanding
Fully fluent Chinese (speak, read, write) - MANDATORY
GB300 Project Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering of cooling systems for data centers or AI server clusters
At least one notable successful project in the past 3 years
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Refrigeration, Thermal Control, or related field
Solid theoretical foundation in heat transfer, engineering thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and refrigeration principles
Technical Skills
Proficient in mainstream CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo/Pro/E, CATIA, or other 3D drawing software)
Proficient in CFD software (preferably Flotherm XT 3.0 or Fluent)
Familiarity with data center design standards and infrastructure
Understanding of liquid-cooled server design solutions
Knowledge of liquid cooling industry trends
Soft Skills
Excellent customer communication and needs analysis skills
Strong on-site problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficient in technical documentation and project coordination
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role - Remote, based in Sunnyvale, CA
Required to travel to China once per month
