AI Sales Partner (Remote)

About the role

Luxoft AI is hiring independent sales partners to book free AI & Systems Audit calls and bring in clients. Partners can start by leveraging their network, conducting outreach, or creating content to generate interest.

Responsibilities

• Book free AI & Systems Audit calls with prospects.
• Join demo calls with the founder to learn the pitch.
• Progress to running the audit, demo, and closing deals independently.

Pay

Commission‑only structure:

• Months 1‑3: 15%‑20% of the client’s monthly package.
• Months 4‑12: 10%‑15% of the client’s monthly package.
• Month 13 onward: 5% ongoing, provided you bring a new client at least every 90 days.
• Packages: 1 system $2,997/mo, 2 systems $5,997/mo, 3 systems $9,997/mo; multi‑location or Embedded Growth Team custom‑quoted.
• Typical monthly commission per client ranges from roughly $450 to $3,000+.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) for maintaining ~5 clients: $33,000‑$50,000+ per year in residual commission after the first‑quarter ramp‑up, with no cap.
• No income is guaranteed; specifics are worked out case‑by‑case.
