AI Research [Multiple Positions Available]

Responsibilities

• Develop novel AI/ML models for various applications.
• Publish findings in top conferences and venues.
• Deploy code to internal platforms in conjunction with production teams.
• Educate employees and students on research tools and services.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to enable cross-team collaborations.
• Mentor students in the applications of AI in finance.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally for internal meetings and external conferences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Geosciences or related STEM field plus 3 years of experience as an AI Researcher, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
• Alternatively, a PhD in Geosciences or related STEM field plus 1 year of experience in the same roles.

Skills

• Publication of original research in peer-reviewed AI conferences or journals.
• Application of heuristic search algorithms to computational problem-solving.
• Construction and use of hybrid systems integrating multiple AI methods.
• Representation and manipulation of structured knowledge in computational systems.
• Proficiency in Python for software development in research or engineering projects.
• Experience in collaborative software engineering projects with multiple contributors.

Pay

$180,000 - $260,000 per year.
