About the role

As an AI Prompt Engineer at SUP digital, you will pioneer the integration of AI into our daily processes. You will develop prompts and workflows that make our work smarter, faster, and more creative—from generating content and campaigns to optimizing data analyses and internal processes. You act as the bridge between technology and creativity, transforming SUP digital into an AI-first agency.

SUP digital is a creative digital marketing agency that values innovation, transparency, and results. Based in Eindhoven, we work with a close-knit team on marketing campaigns, content creation, and websites. We are expanding rapidly, not only in the Netherlands but also into Spain and other European markets. Our ambition is to strengthen all six pillars of our business—data & webanalytics, marketing automation, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and web development—with AI solutions. As the first AI specialist at SUP digital, you will play a key role in this transformation. Additionally, you will have opportunities to apply AI creatively and strategically to our own branding and events (Haussmann, Hardmann, and Traummann).

Responsibilities

• Develop AI prompts and workflows to enhance content generation, campaigns, data analysis, and internal processes.
• Integrate AI solutions across all six business pillars: data & webanalytics, marketing automation, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and web development.
• Act as a bridge between technology and creativity, ensuring AI concepts are translated into practical, value-driven applications.
• Apply AI strategically to the agency’s branding and events.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and creativity.
• Collaborate with the team to adopt new AI tools and methodologies.

Process

Our hiring process is short and pragmatic:

• First round: Interview with the owner of SUP digital.
• Second round: Complete a short AI-case assignment to demonstrate how you add value with prompts and tools.

Pay

You will receive a market-conform salary, depending on experience and expertise, along with a bonus structure tied to innovation projects.
