About the role

AI projects rarely fail due to technology. They fail because no one bridges the gap between business and technology—requirements remain unclear, and rollout is forgotten once the system is "finished." You are the person who prevents this. At MATIKA, you guide clients through the entire process—from the initial question "Where can we effectively use AI?" to the moment the system is actively used in daily operations. This requires structure, empathy, and the ability to simplify complexity without oversimplifying it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine requirements with clients—what should the system truly achieve?
• Define clear goals, milestones, and responsibilities
• Steer implementation with developers and partners—ensuring pace, quality, and transparency
• Support rollout and ensure acceptance among end users
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing oversight

Requirements

• Experience leading complex projects, ideally in IT, consulting, or product management
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and translate client needs into technical language
• Clear, reliable communication—with executives as well as developers
• Basic understanding of AI systems, automation, and digital transformation
• Structured thinking, even when juggling multiple projects
