- Skilled in writing design and solution documentation, not just gathering requirements
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive alignment and outcomes in a matrix organization
AI & Automation Experience
- Experience applying AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT Enterprise within a business context
- Proven ability to drive adoption of AI or automation tools across teams
- Praactical understanding of how AI fits into real workflows—not just theoretical knowledge
