AI Product Owner

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful implementation of AI and Generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into user stories and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and prioritize business value.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or AWS AI) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation.
• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
