AI Product Owner
The Role
As an AI Product Owner at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by collaborating with team members, product owners, and other stakeholders to build world-class medical coding software.
You will work with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness. You will lead a team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation. You will evaluate team member recommendations, provide detailed feedback, and assess improvements. You will report to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment.
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment.
- In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Three (3) years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications.
- Three (3) years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA, or data science.
- Three (3) years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited institution.
- Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.
Skills
- Curiosity and collaboration skills.

- Technical background in software development, QA, or data science.

Onboarding Requirement
To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
