AI Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of Jobright’s AI Recruiting Agent for employer customers and ensure exceptional hiring outcomes
• Partner directly with customers to understand their hiring goals, solve operational challenges, and continuously improve their experience
• Collect customer feedback, identify product gaps and AI limitations, and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve the quality, intelligence, and capabilities of our AI Recruiting Agent
• Monitor operational metrics, customer funnel performance, and key business data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
• Design and build AI-powered internal tools, workflow automations, and operational processes that dramatically improve team efficiency and scalability
• Continuously improve internal SOPs and operational workflows to enable a lean team to support a growing customer base
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and Recruiting teams to drive initiatives from idea to execution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles for SaaS, AI, or other technology products
• Proven experience owning customer outcomes or business outcomes, not just managing customer requests
• Strong product mindset with the ability to identify systemic problems and propose scalable product improvements
• Excellent execution skills with exceptional ownership—you consistently drive initiatives from idea to execution and always get things done in a timely manner
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and move initiatives forward across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data to make decisions, prioritize work, and measure success
• AI-native mindset with a passion for leveraging AI to improve products, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products or operations in Recruiting, HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, or other hiring-related products
• Experience working at an early-stage startup
• Hands-on experience using AI to build internal operational tools, workflow automations, or AI-powered systems that significantly improve operational efficiency and scalability
